Very good, person in service dept. told me I had GM credits that I was able to use towards service. Last year I came in for my free oil change and was told it had been too long. Why would that matter after I paid 100k for a new C8, a free oil change was what I was offered and no one told me it had to be within a certain amount of time.

Gavin was awesome. He did a great job throughout the process from start to finish. He is very personable and easy to work with. All of the other staff I interacted with were very friendly and courteous. I never felt pressured at any point and I appreciate that level of professionalism from Gavin and the entire team!

The guys are getting to know me well! Every time I have a computer update it shuts something down and they have to fix it!

Poor customer service! When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was rudely asked if I had an appointment. I told him my name and yes I did have an appointment he asked if it was for today. I said yes. He looked up the appointment, tagged my keys and said go ahead and wait in the waiting room. My car was done in about 30 minutes. The reason for my appointment was to have tires rotated and to have it inspected fluids checked fluids were not checked. I asked him if the fluids look good. He said yes. Everything's fine. The paperwork tells me different. Yes, I guess everything was fine. The tires were rotated but my fluids were not checked. Also noted to bring my car back at 15,000 mi which she is only 400 mi away. Not happy that my car was not completed as to my satisfaction!
