Made an appointment for a certain time and fortunately they were able to keep it for me despite saying it was not in the system Even when I showed them co formation on my text message. My complaint is failing to honor the dealership “coupons” I received in the mail. They refused to honor the price quoted and simply said “I can’t do that price”. What’s the point of utilizing dealership flyers if they won’t honor that price?

I wasn't sure about purchasing an EV at first. I actually drove three different models before deciding which one I liked best. Stacie Smiley at Herb Jones Chevrolet GMC was amazing throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the features and options on the Chevrolet Bolt and helped me determine that it was the perfect size and vehicle for my daily driving needs around town. What really stood out was her dedication after the sale. She personally delivered the vehicle to me, took me for a drive, showed me additional features, and even took me to charging stations so I would feel comfortable with my new EV. I can't thank Stacie enough for being such a knowledgeable and caring Sales Professional. I've known her for quite some time and didn't realize she was at Herb Jones Chevrolet GMC. She is truly gifted at what she does and genuinely cares about her customers. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, I highly recommend Stacie Smiley.
